Introduction to stress management via the relaxation response: Various methods to elicit the relaxation response are taught, such as imagery, progressive muscle relaxation, breathing, meditation, and mindful exercise. |

Our staff of highly trained physicians, advanced practice nurses, psychologists, registered dietitians, exercise physiologists, and a yoga teacher offer a comprehensive, multi-disciplinary approach. Unlike a typical "stress awareness program," our wellness programs help participants change behavior.
