Cardiac Wellness Program
WEEKLY CARDIAC WELLNESS PROGRAM
In this 13-week program you will learn about the impact of lifestyle habits on the heart and develop the skills to make healthy changes.

Each three-hour session includes:

Supervised exercise
Mindful stretching
A relaxation response exercise
Individual contact with staff
A nutritious snack
Group support
Education and discussion

The Cardiac Wellness Program is are offered at different times during the week so you can choose a time that works best for you:

Monday, 9:00 am - 12:00 noon
Tuesday, 12:00 noon - 3:00 pm
Tuesday, 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm
Thursday, 12:00 noon - 3:00 pm
