Janis Heidi Fox, MD Boston-based Reproductive Endocrinologist WOMEN UNDERGOING ALTERNATIVE INSEMINATION The Benson-Henry Institute for Mind Body Medicine can offer its Mind/Body Program for Infertility to women undergoing alternative insemination (AI) and, if they wish, their partners. The existing program will be customized to address issues relevant to women choosing this path to family building. While women undergoing AI are not infertile, this program could be very helpful in supporting the process of conceiving, as the physical and psychological changes that occur during this stressful process are known to decrease a woman's ability to become pregnant.
