In most cases, billable claims are submitted directly to the insurance carrier as mental health office visits. Patients will be responsible for a co-payment at the time of the visits if the plan requires one. If the insurance plan requires an authorization, our office will assist in obtaining one. Please note that insurance coverage and reimbursemenet may vary. Our office is available to help facilitate the reimbursement process and ensure appropriate coverage.
