"The class was truly transformational for me and came at the right time - a time when I seriously needed to develop skills in how to recognize the stress in my body. I am so thankful to have new tools to take with me."Rachel G.

Medical Symptom Reduction Program
PROGRAM AND BILLING INFORMATION
The 12-week Medical Symptom Reduction Program meets either Tuesday or Wednesday evenings from 5:30 pm - 8:00 pm, or on Thursdays from 4:30 - 7:00. There is also a 6-week daytime program offering that runs Fridays from 10:00am - 12:30pm. To participate in this program, you must have seen your physician for a related medical condition within the past six months.

If your insurance plan requires a referral for outpatient services, you will need to request one from your primary physician. We will then communicate with your MD's office to obtain the referral.

The program includes one initial assessment, weekly group sessions, and one discharge visit. In most cases, billable claims are submitted directly to your insurance carrier as medical office visits. You will be responsible for a co-payment at the time of each visit if your plan requires one. There is a non-refundable self-pay fee, collected at the first weekly session, to cover the cost of sevices that are not billable to insurance. Please note that insurance coverage and reimbursement may vary.

In the rare instance where reimbursement is not available, the patient will be responsible for the cost of the program. Our office staff is available to assist you with billing and reimbursement matters.
