There
is a growing acknowledgement of the role of stress in binge drinking,
depression, insomnia, suicide, and other campus lifestyle and health
issues. In fact, data from annual surveys of college freshman over the
last 30 years indicate an increase in stress that can be detrimental
and extensive.

The Mind/Body College Network (MBCN) offers colleges and
universities effective, easily-implemented tools to help build
resiliency against the stresses that negatively impact students'
academic performance and health. Our "train the trainer" program
provides professionals in colleges and universities with mind/body
skills for their own use and offers them tools to teach those
interventions directly to students.

Also, schools will have the opportunity to receive on-going support and
additional training, as well as attend retreats and collaborate on
research.
We have collaborated with Harvard University Health
Services (HUHS) on multiple program offerings, and have offered
training to staff at MIT, Northeastern University, Wellesley College,
Wheelock College and other colleges and universities throughout the
country.
