| The Benson-Henry Institute for Mind Body Medicine has a long history of improving the lives of thousands of people whose conditions are caused or made worse by stress. The programs offered at our Health and Wellness Center are based on published scientific and clinical research that shows the effectiveness of the relaxation response and a mind/body approach. Our programs are meant to complement whatever conventional medicine treatment a patient may be receiving.
